We are a full service auction and real estate company specializing in the sale of all categories of real estate in the Baltimore-Washington region. By analyzing each individual property and its respective marketplace, we can identify the challenge and arrive at the best solution for selling as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The auction method, although very effective and successful, is not for everyone and every property. Therefore we have formed a brokerage division for the properties that are best served by conventional sales methods. We also combine aspects of conventional brokerage, marketing and auctioneering to bring about successful results for countless owners.
