Uphill battle for the housing market

Nationally, the housing market is still facing an uphill battle for recovery with high levels of unemployment, household debt and foreclosures. Housing prices are at 2003 levels. A combination of unemployment, debt levels, number of foreclosures or housing prices need to decrease in order to sustain a recovery, otherwise this marketplace will continue to drag.
