Alex Cooper Real Estate Services and the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) are proud to offer for sale 4 centrally located properties as part of the Property Acquisition & Disposition Division's (PADD) Public Listing Program.
If you would like to submit an offer through the Public Listing Program, you will be required to execute a DHCD Property Disposition Agreement. Please be aware that the Public Listing Program requires purchasers to meet extensive requirements in order to qualify for the purchase.
