Summary of Terms of Sale: A deposit in the form of cash, cashier's check or certified check for $75,000 is due at the time and place of sale. Settlement is 60 days from the sale date. The difference to bring the deposit up to 10% of the total purchase price is due Monday, February 27th, 2012 by 4pm in the auctioneer's office. The purchaser may elect to extend settlement an additional 30 days beyond the initial 60 day period by increasing the deposit to 15% of the total purchase price. The purchaser must opt to extend the settlement within the initial 60 day settlement period. If payment of the balance of the purchase price is not paid within the specified period, the deposit will be forfeited and the property may be resold at the risk and expense of the defaulting purchaser.
