SECURED CREDITOR'S SALE: OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN ANTIETAM INVESTMENT GROUP LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND HAGERSTOWN VENTURE, LLC
Auction to be held at: The Circuit Court for Baltimore County, At The Court House Door, 401 Bosley Ave., Towson, MD 21204.
Pursuant to a Financing Statement by & between Edward J. Bishop, Borrower & Keith, LLC Secured Party recorded among the financing statement records of the Secretary of State of the State of Connecticut, UCC filing number 0002413663; default occurred thereunder, the undersigned Creditor will sell at public auction the following:
1. 30.66% Class C Limited Partnership interest in Antietam Investment Group Limited Partnership
2. 28% Membership Interest in Hagerstown Venture, LLC
Summary terms of sale: A deposit for $10,000 on each, payable in cash or certified check will be required of the purchaser at the time & place of sale. The balance of the purchase price is due in 3 days. The subject interests will be sold: (a) "AS IS WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS"; (b) WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, POSSESSION, QUIET ENJOYMENT AND THE LIKE; and (c) subject to all conditions, senior liens, charges, restrictions, rights of redemption, encumbrances and agreements of records affecting the same.
