The print media and our website advertising generated a tremendous amount of activity, ranging from residential developers, builders and investors. The public auction sale generated a crowd of roughly 20 people and was conducted at the Montgomery County Courthouse. We were successful obtaining a high bid from a 3rd party that was acceptable to our clients.

With the appropriate advertising and marketing we were successfully sold the property at auction for $250,000 to a third party bidder.

DESCRIPTION: The site contained approximately 5.29 acres of unimproved land in the Fallsgrove Area of Rockville, MD. The property had conditional site plan approval for office/research and development buildings. The land was situated on the northeast corner of W. Montgomery Avenue (Route 28) and West Gude Drive. Our client was able to provide us with a due diligence package which served to be extremely beneficial in obtaining in a third party sale.
